The word is out! J’anelle Avery is releasing a brand new single titled, “Bad Money,”  featuring rap artist Factor.

Rumors have been circulating for a few days about the possibility of J’anelle’s team announcing the release her next single. As rumored, the song, produced by CityStarz Production, will feature Factor, a Washington Based rap artist. Factor is best known for his work with the group BassRock who teamed up with Ray J earlier this year on the song “Screen Saver.”

“Bad Money” will be the highly anticipated follow up single for J’anelle’s chart topping hit “Hammer At It.”  The official release date has been set for September 23 this fall. Keep your eyes out for more info closer to the release!

J’anelle Avery will be performing live at the Bayview Opera House in San Francisco, Saturday August 21st as a part of Hot August Nights.

The show is sponsored by Seastrunk Productions, an organization focused on giving back to the community. The night promises great music, food and fun. Mickel London will be the host for evening. Other performing artists include Tamar Gillette, Mr. Walker, and The Legendary Seastrunk Brothers. J’anelle is expected to perform her hit single “Hammer At It.”

J’anelle Avery has been featured on StarMusicMedia.com, a site run and maintained by DJ/producer Johnny Mixxxx from Ohio. Johnny Mixxxx (or JMix for short) is rumored to be one of the producers on J’anelle’s upcoming album.

J’anelle’s song “Hammer At It” was released early March this year and has enjoyed a long stay on top of the charts since its initial release. In late June, “Hammer At It” received an upgrade at the hands of DJ iLL Tek, a Sacramento producer whose credits include Young Dizzy, the Ying Yang Twins, and Yung La. The ending result is the ultimate call to the dance floor, and it doesn’t take long before everyone’s fists are in the air, falling prey to lyrics that demand you to “Hammer at it.”

The remix has hit number 1 on various internet charts already, including sites like AMAHits.com. J’anelle has been dominating their Top 11 chart since March, and she currently holds the #1, #3, and #5 spots. This is the second time the remix has hit number one on AMAHits.

J’anelle Avery has been chosen as a featured artist during “Indie Weekend” on Freedom Radio.net. J’anelle’s music will be played along side indie artists The WallClocks, Damion Wolfe, and Kama Linden. Freedom Radio.net offers a diverse mix of music hand selected by their dedicated DJ’s.
